Conventional Topographic Land Survey
Land Surveying, an art and science of measuring and mapping the relative positions above, on or under the surface of the ground, this traditional art of science and mathematics has undergone different stages of a revolution in the way data is collected, stored, retrieved and processed for the output
We provide Topographic Survey and related services for all type of industries. Land Survey for Proposed/Existing Airports, Special Economic Zones, Industrial Estate, Irrigation/Dam Projects, Solar Power Plant, Wind Mills, Open Mines, Real Estate Plot Layouts, Construction Site, Volume Calculation Survey, Wastage Management, River Catchment Area Survey, Flood Management Survey and etc

We are using various technologies to deliver the survey data, based on the accuracy required or Site Conditions. We use Electronic Total Stations, either to record features as in topographic surveying or to set out features (such as roads, houses or boundaries). It measures Angle, Distance & Coordinates
DGPS - Static & Real Time Kinematic Survey: The Global Positioning System (and, to a potentially greater extent, the emerging Global Navigation Satellite System) enables both surveyors and ordinary citizens to determine positions by measuring distances to three or more Earth-orbiting satellites. GPS technology now rivals electro-optical positioning devices (i.e., "total stations" that combine optical angle measurement and electronic distance measurement instruments) in both cost and performance.
These are carried out for laying proposed roads, strengthening and widening of existing roads. The sectional profile with the topographic information of the survey corridor helps the designers to design the road considering the practical feasibility.
These are carried out to locate the alignment for Transmission lines, Pipelines, Cable Networking etc., The sectional profile with the topographical information of the survey corridor helps the designers to design the route considering the practical feasibility.
These are carried out to find the difference in elevation of the existing ground. Contours are imaginary lines connecting the slopes of same height. The contour maps provide the condition of the existing terrain conditions, which helps the design team in deciding the proposed ground profile and in designing the drains.
Land boundary survey
These are carried out to reestablish and/or recover the property corners of large scale land and accurately define the limits of the subject property.
setting out by total station
These are carried out to mark the locations on the ground, as per the drawings. These services are used in both preconstruction and post-construction activities.
DGPS Survey -static and rtk
These are carried out to establish network of points called Control Points or Control Stations. These points can be used for the subsequent measurements that are to be recorded at the site. Establishing the control points calls for most precision, as this will have direct bearing on the accuracy of the final survey to be carried out at the project site.
